  • An assessment center is an organized event dedicated to a specific position, where multiple candidates are invited to participate. During this event, you will have the opportunity to meet with recruiters and ask questions. The assessment center includes a company presentation about a position, individual interviews, group exercises, and various tests designed to evaluate you as a candidate.

  • There are many ways to prepare for the Assessment Center.

    • Look up where the assessment center is taking place, find out how you will get there, and give yourself plenty of time.

    • Research the company and the role you have been applying for. Reflect on your experiences and come prepared for the event.

    • First impressions matter and dress appropriately to make a positive impact from the start.

  • Typically, candidates are expected to maintain good physical and mental health, possess a high school diploma, and preferably have prior customer service experience. Meeting the minimum height requirement and maintaining a clean criminal record are also standard requirements for the Cabin Crew position.
