AAP Aviation and FLY4 Airlines announce collaborative partnership

AAP Aviation, a global specialist in aviation talent management, and FLY4 Airlines, a groundbreaking ACMI operator, are thrilled to announce their strategic collaboration for their air crew recruitment.
FLY4 Airlines, established in the fall of 2023 through partnerships with TUI and Enter Air, is an ACMI company operating under an Irish Air Operator Certificate (AOC), and entered the market committed to delivering a safe journey and a promise of a better tomorrow for the aviation industry and its stakeholders. AAP Aviation, renowned for its expertise in aviation recruitment and its Total Crew Management™ model, will spearhead recruitment and employment solutions for pilots and cabin crew, who will fly for FLY4 from next year.
Espen Høiby, CEO at AAP Aviation, and Jochen Schnadt, Managing Director at FLY4 Airlines, met last week to officialize the collaboration.
